Offsite Lines of Petrochemical Zone ( Mobin Petrochemical Company),
South Pars Special Economic Zone (Assaluye), And Installation, testing,
alignment and pre-commissioning of fire fighting water pump stations.
(Apr 2005 to Feb 2008)
Electrical works:
1. Installation of 243 Cell Panel (MV , LV , AVR , 132 KV Protection panel, UPS
AC & DC, NGR , Wall mounted , Load shedding , Diesel control panel)
2. Fabrication and installation of 18 ton Support, 1750 Meter ladder,3450
meter conduit.
3. Installation of 398 Nos. Street lighting pole with 530 Nos. luminaries and
installation of 5 pump station substation building lighting.
4. Installation of 58 Km Earthing Cables (25*1 ,95*1 ,120*1 ,240*1) and earth
accessories For offsite Pipe racks, lighting routs and main earth ring.
5. Installation of 83 Km Power, Control & lighting Cables and accessories.
6. Installation of 52 Km Fiber Optic Cables (for 132 KV protection) and acces-
sories.
7. Installation of 8 Km cathodic protection cables, 140 Pcs. Anodes, 4 set
transformer rectifier and negative, positive. & test bond boxes.
8. Installation of 32 Km Fire alarm cables, 150 Pcs. Fire alarm detectors and
other devices.
Instrument works:
1. Installation of 93 Cell Panel (DCS , ESD , Network fiber optic and Patch
panels)
2. Fabrication and installation of 9 ton Support, 5200 Meter tray, 900 meter
conduit.
3. Installation of 59 Km instrument cables, fiber optic and earthing cables
and accessories for control systems.
4. Calibration and installation of 199 set instrument devices (flow , pressure ,
level transmitter and gauges)
Mechanical works:
1.Installation and alignment -of 30 set 6 KV pumps, Diesel and jockey pumps
in 3 Fire pump station.
